Recipe: Fish Stock

Fish stock is one of the key to a delicious fish recipe. I used it a couple of times in my recipe recently, which is yet to be posted here. Sorry Blushing

Maybe some of you are not very familiar with fish stock. Don’t worry dude! It is so easy.

Ingredients

  • Fish Bones and Head – Use the leftover from the fish filleting process done in this post.
  • 1 sliced onion
  • About 1 cup of Sparkling White Drink – Can be substitute with white wine
  • Water to cover all the ingredients
  • Parsley – preferably the fresh one.
  • Salt

Let’s Start Cooking!

  1. Throw everything into the pot and bring to simmer for 30 minutes +
  2. Correct seasoning.
  3. Strain through a strainer and store it in the fridge for future use.
