Recipe: Fluffy Golden Scrambled Egg

A few days ago, I tried to learn how to make crepes by myself. It turned out to be a disaster one, so I won’t post it here until I make an eatable one.

Anyway, if you ever make crepes, you should know that it only requires the white part of the egg. Because I’m such a good person who don’t like to waste foods, I turn the egg yolk into this simple yet very fluffy and delicious egg recipe I’ve ever made: The Fluffy Golden Scrambled Egg.

Stranger: I’m hungry. Need something delicious, fast and cheap.

Me: Try my Fluffy Golden Scrambled Egg. You’ll cook it again and again!

Ingredients

  • Egg Yolks
  • Milk
  • Parsley
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • White Pepper
  • Black Pepper

Let’s Start Cooking!

  1. Begin by beating the egg yolks, milk, parsley, salt and white pepper in a bowl for about 30 seconds.
  2. Heat up your pan and brown the butter.
  3. Pour in the mixture and jig your pan back and forth while stirring the mixture rapidly for about 30 seconds.
  4. Put it on your serving plate immediately to avoid overcooked eggs. Crack the black pepper on it.

Notes

Work very fast because:

  • you don’t want the eggs to be overcooked. Overcooked eggs won’t have the fluffy taste.
  • you are hungry.
