How to Fillet a Fish
Western recipes tend to use fish fillet instead of the whole fish. Therefore, it is important to know how to fillet a fish.
For me, I used to fry the whole fish without bothering to fillet the fish. But now, as I go deeper into the world of cooking, I learn that filleting is an essential skill that every cook must have; regardless if you are just a home chef.
